Our Story
Uncle Woodys grew out of a simple idea: a place where the coffee is as thoughtfully made as the cocktails, and where showing up doesn't require a dress code or an occasion.
Located on Fairview Road in Mint Hill, we've become a neighborhood anchor — a spot for morning conversations, after-work unwinding, and everything in between. The door is always open.
We source locally when we can, pour every drink by hand, and believe that good hospitality is the secret ingredient in everything we do.
